Reporting directly to the Head of Wealth Planning, you’ll serve as a strategic thought partner—shaping planning standards, enhancing tools, and influencing firm‑wide best practices. Ideal for a CFP® who thrives on analysis, research, and precision rather than business development.

• Drive the operational and analytical backbone of the firm’s wealth planning offering
• Research and interpret regulatory, legislative, and industry developments
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Portfolio Teams on complex planning matters
• Author internal and client‑facing white papers and planning insights
• Evaluate and optimize third‑party planning technology (eMoney preferred)
• Help update firmwide capital market assumptions annually
