Chief Executive Officer - Crypto Banking

We are seeking a proven, visionary executive to lead the launch and long-term growth of a new crypto-focused bank. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build and scale a regulated financial institution at the intersection of digital assets and traditional banking.

This is a foundational leadership role with meaningful long-term upside. The selected CEO will architect and execute the strategy for a next-generation financial institution purpose-built to serve the evolving digital asset ecosystem within a robust regulatory framework.

Backed by substantial capital and aligned with a long-term strategic vision, this platform offers the right leader the ability to create durable enterprise value and define a new category in regulated crypto banking.

Position: Chief Executive Officer

Compensation: $1,000,000+ base salary plus significant equity participation

Location: Flexible (Remote / Hybrid / On-site)

• Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth roadmap
• Build and lead a world-class executive leadership team
• Direct regulatory strategy, licensing, and compliance infrastructure
• Lead capital formation efforts and manage investor relationships
• Establish strategic partnerships across crypto, fintech, and traditional finance
• Develop scalable operational, risk, and technology infrastructure

• Proven CEO or senior executive experience in banking, fintech, or crypto
• Demonstrated success scaling high-growth financial institutions
• Deep expertise in digital assets, regulatory frameworks, and capital markets
• Strong institutional relationships within financial services and/or crypto ecosystems
• Track record of building and leading high-performing executive teams
• Unimpeachable integrity, discretion, and execution capability
