# Work With Us
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles; real estate or alternative asset management experience strongly preferred.
* Proven experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
* Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or similar) preferred.
* Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
