Identify and assess key risks, synergies, and value creation opportunities

Coordinate diligence workflows, including data room review and information requests

Prepare due diligence summaries, investment memoranda, and committee materials

Support integration planning considerations informed by diligence insights

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset

Understanding of M&A transactions, valuation concepts, and investment decision-making

Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, actionable insights

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities

Ability to manage multiple diligence work streams under tight deadlines

Prior internship or experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development is beneficial
