• Budget Development & Planning:
  Create, implement, and monitor annual IT operating and capital budgets
• Financial Analysis & Forecasting:
  Analyze budget variances, track spending trends, and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making
• Cost Optimization:
  Identify opportunities for cost savings and manage vendor expenditures.
• Reporting:
  Maintain & develop efficient Budget reporting
• Process Management:
  Establish budgetary policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations
