Accounting Manager

We are seeking an Accounting Manager who is eager to contribute to a fast‑paced, high‑impact finance team. You’ll play a key part in managing core accounting functions, supporting month‑end close, enhancing processes, and assisting with financial system improvements. • Perform daily accounting activities including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and accruals
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Support accurate and timely month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation
• Analyze financial data and provide insights on trends, variances, and operational impacts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Assist with external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and relevant regulatory standards

• Prepare ad‑hoc financial reports and analysis as needed
• Participate in system upgrades or ERP implementations (prior experience strongly preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with accounting systems and ERP platforms
• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience in financial services or similar high‑velocity environments
• CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification
• Experience supporting or leading system implementations (ERP, accounting platforms, etc.)
