Role Description

The Vice President – Strategic Advisory will lead and manage client engagements, performing industry research, financial analyses, and valuation modeling to support strategic decision‑making. Responsibilities include creating in‑depth presentations, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in New York, NY.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic financial advisory
  • Experience in creating presentations, pitch materials, and structuring strategic recommendations
  • Extensive experience in leading teams, project management, and mentoring junior professionals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used in investment banking
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and collaboration as core business values
