Overview Of The JobWe're building a brand-new Commercial Finance function to bring financial rigour and commercial intelligence to our fast-growing agency. As Commercial Finance Manager, you'll partner with our New York Brand Partnerships, Client Services, and Operations teams to drive smarter pricing, more accurate revenue forecasting, and stronger margin performance - while helping commercial teams move faster and make better decisions.

- Shape the future of finance operations - Drive the integration of Waves and Hub Spot to create seamless workflows from opportunity through to revenue recognition, setting the standard globally
- Established trusted partnerships with the New York Brand Partnerships and Client Services leadership teams, becoming their go‑to finance partner for commercial decisions
- Built and implemented the core commercial finance toolkit - pricing templates, revenue forecasting models, and campaign profitability dashboards that teams use daily
- Delivered your first monthly regional P&L presentation to executive leadership with clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Designed and started rolling out the Waves‑Hub Spot integration workflows, ensuring opportunities flow seamlessly through to invoicing
- Partnered with Finance on improving revenue recognition processes and forecast accuracy for the North America region
- Establish commercial finance as a core capability within the global finance team, defining operating rhythms and building processes for pricing, revenue forecasting, profitability analysis and campaign reconciliation
- Support the regional President and Client Services with annual and long‑range revenue forecasts across all revenue streams, translating pipeline and booked campaigns into accurate revenue projections
- Provide real‑time commercial support to Brand Partnerships and Client Services on pricing strategy, margin expectations, creator economics, rate card governance and cost‑to‑serve modelling
