The role is well suited for candidates who enjoy ownership, rigorous analysis, and fast-paced deal work.

  • Analyze financing structures across senior loans, bridge lending, and structured solutions
  • Conduct market and asset-level analysis across property types (multifamily, industrial, retail, select office)
  • Coordinate due diligence with internal stakeholders and external advisors (legal, third-party, lenders, consultants)
  • Prepare investment committee memos, presentations, and supporting analyses
  • Support transaction execution through closing, including documentation and lender interaction
  • Assist with portfolio monitoring and periodic performance updates as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate private equity, a real estate debt fund, REIB, CMBS / CRE structured products, or real estate capital markets
  • Strong financial modeling skills with proven experience underwriting CRE transactions
  • Comfort with IC memo writing and presenting clear investment rationale
  • Solid understanding of debt structures and the credit side of real estate investing
  • High attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to operate in a lean team
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / CFA is a plus but not required
Why Join
  • High-responsibility seat with direct exposure to senior decision-makers
  • Broad deal exposure across acquisitions, financing, and structured CRE opportunities
