A leading middle-market investment bank may seek an Associate Track Analyst to support deal execution, financial modeling, research, and client deliverables, while developing the skills and experience necessary for early promotion to an associate role. • Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to support transactions and strategic recommendations
• Conduct industry research, benchmarking, and valuation analyses to inform client decisions
• Support live M&A, capital markets, and restructuring engagements
• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client presentations with increasing independence
• Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution
• Collaborate with senior bankers and associates on client strategy, workflow coordination, and deal execution
• Take on responsibilities aligned with the associate track, including mentoring junior analysts and managing workstream deliverables under supervision

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, private equity, or FP&A is beneficial
