Associate​/VP Compliance - Rapidly Private Equity Firm

Overview

A newly launched and rapidly growing Private Equity firm specializing in GP-Led Secondaries Investments is seeking an Associate/VP of Compliance to join their team! Reporting directly to the CCO/COO.

• Manage the fund’s compliance program.
• Oversee governance and regulatory compliance for the fund’s offshore entities, including providing regular pipeline reports, coordinating approvals, preparing investment minutes, managing deal documentation, allocations, and cash planning.
• Manage regulatory submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage select consulting relationships that support fund processes, including compliance, cybersecurity, and legal services.
• Maintain agendas, minutes, approvals, action items, and supporting documentation for fund committees, including the Investment Committee, Operating Committee, Portfolio & Risk Committee, HR Committee, and Compliance Committee.
• Coordinate systems audits and vendor audits.

• 4+ years of Private Equity / SEC registered Compliance experience.
• Ideally experience with international funds/compliance.
