Our client, a leading private equity secondaries fund, is seeking a hands on Associate to join their investment team in New York. This role offers exposure to a broad range of secondary transactions, including LP stakes, GP-led deals, and structured solutions, and provides an excellent platform for growth within a top-tier secondaries team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sourcing and evaluation of LP stakes, GP-led transactions, and structured secondary solutions
• Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee materials
• Assist in due diligence, negotiations, and execution of transactions
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and manage aspects of deal execution
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years’ experience in private equity secondaries, investment banking, or related PE roles
• Strong analytical, modeling, and valuation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions and work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
