Job Description:

As a Hogan Banking Application Subject Matter Expert, you will play a pivotal role in our consulting practice, working closely with our banking clients to optimize their Hogan banking applications. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience with Hogan applications to provide valuable insights, guidance, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Hogan Application Optimization: Act as the primary resource for Hogan banking applications, offering in-depth expertise and guidance to banking clients.
• 2. Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives related to Hogan applications.
• 3. Solution Development: Develop and implement customized solutions to enhance Hogan application functionality, efficiency, and performance.
• 4. Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Hogan applications, ensuring seamless operation for clients.
• 5. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and mentorship to client teams, enabling them to better utilize Hogan applications.
• 6. Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of Hogan application configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hogan Banking Application Subject Matter Expert.
• Deep knowledge of Hogan Core Banking Systems and related modules.
• Proven experience in optimizing Hogan applications to meet specific business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Banking industry experience and familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on mainframe experience with JCL, Cobol & ICETOOL is a plus.
