Senior Analyst, Asset Management - RE Private Equity

Our client is a commercial real estate investment manager. They are hiring a Senior Analyst to support asset management across a portfolio of real estate investments, with responsibilities spanning analytical support, transaction execution, and strategic initiatives.

• Build and maintain financial models to support asset-level decision making
• Provide analytical support for refinancing and disposition transactions
• Prepare investment valuations and return projections
• Assist with strategic asset reviews, including performance and business plan assessments
• Conduct market research, data mining, and comparable sale / company analyses
• Perform leasing analysis to evaluate leasing strategies and impacts to asset performance
• Support new business development initiatives, including Prop Tech investing and co-working
• Create and refine presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Draft memoranda and written materials for both internal and external use

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s in Real Estate or MBA is a plus
• 1-3 years of commercial real estate asset management experience required
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and working proficiency in MS Word and Power Point
• Argus and MRI exposure highly preferred, formal training can be provided if needed
• Solid understanding of IRR, NPV, and related investment metrics, including the ability to perform discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and interpret results
• Working knowledge of financial statements and the core elements of credit analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft business correspondence and present information clearly while responding to questions
• LEED accreditation is a plus and will be required during employment
