The firm currently manages over $45 billion in assets and employs more than 200 professionals in the U.S. and Europe.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fund accounting analyst to join our dynamic fund accounting team. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be mentored and given increasing responsibility as the firm continues to grow in scale and complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly closes for funds or reconciliation of shadow books and records with the fund administrators.
  • Involved in all aspects of NAV reconciliation. Including capital activity processing, cash and position reconciliation, P&L reconciliation, manage treasury/cash needs, fund expense accrual, invoicing and collections, fee/waterfall calculations, reconciliation and data maintenance in in‑house systems.
  • Review daily performance and assist in preparing performance metrics or other ad hoc fund related information for committees/board meetings and/or senior management.
  • Support the monthly and quarterly close of the firm’s fees, investment gain/losses, and NAV pursuant to management reporting and GAAP.
  • Liaise with off‑shore resource team daily and participate in automation and system implementation initiatives/projects.
  • Liaise directly with external auditors to support the completion of annual audits.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects and cross‑functional initiatives across the finance team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 2-3 years of experience of relevant experience.
  • Active CPA designation preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and audit coordination.
  • Interest in process improvement and technology-driven solutions.
