A growing construction and architecture firm is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting and financial operations. This includes overseeing financial reporting, job costing, WIP, and cash flow, as well as managing a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of accounting experience with a strong construction background, and a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is required.
Leading the accounting team and improving systems is essential in this role.
