Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Opportunity Scouts to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role
. Investment Opportunity Scouts operate as independent contractors
, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Opportunity Scouts:

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary investment opportunities
• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live transactions
• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close
• Build a verified opportunity-sourcing track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and well-networked professionals.

Approved Investment Opportunity Scouts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
• Introduce opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
• Provide high-level opportunity context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
• Coordinate initial introductions between opportunity principals and capital partners
• Support early-stage diligence handoff (financial modeling and underwriting are handled by analysts)
• Investment Opportunity Scouts are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or capital raising.

Based on approval, Investment Opportunity Scouts may submit opportunities across:

• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured or opportunistic investments
• Opportunity categories are approved based on experience and demonstrated sourcing credibility.

Success-based compensation only

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and sourcing role

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality opportunity flow

There is no cold applying to funds and no blind pitching
. Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.

Investment Opportunity Scouts do not
:

• Provide investment advice
• Solicit securities
• Market investments to the general public
• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to opportunity identification, introduction, and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
