Overview
Our client is a real estate investment trust that acquires, finances, and manages properties across targeted markets in the U.S. It aims to deliver steady returns to investors through a diversified portfolio and disciplined asset management.
Responsibilities- Maintain accounting ledgers, investment models, and perform bank reconciliations
- Partner with the fund administrator on monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Oversee treasury functions and monitor future liquidity needs
- Support investor reporting and distribution models
- Track and document vendor invoices, loan closings, and payoffs
- Assist with annual audits for fund vehicles and investment products
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of related accounting and accounting operations experience
- Experience at a public accounting firm required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with funds and management companies
- Experience with Yardi a plus
$90,000-$130,000
