Legal Collections Coordinator

Our client is a law firm with offices across the United States and abroad. They are seeking a Legal Collections Specialist to join the team. The position is hybrid and based part of the week out of their office in New York City
.

• Prepare statements and send collections communications
• Work collaboratively with attorneys to resolve collections issues
• Follow up with delinquent accounts in a professional and effective manner
• Prepare cash collection forecast report on a weekly basis
• Perform account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Provide general administrative assistance
• Salary Range: $85-95k annually, based on experience

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Finance, Business, or Accounting major, preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in legal client collections
• Elite 3E and ARCS experience, highly preferred
• Personable, patient, and customer service oriented
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Precise, detail-oriented, and good with numbers
• Must be proficient in Excel
