High-growth AI Fin Tech company automating financial operations for banks, financial institutions, and tech-focused firms seeking a Financial Controller to own the company’s accounting function end to end. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, responsible for producing accurate financials, running a disciplined close, and maintaining strong controls in a growing, complex.

• End-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• General ledger accuracy and account reconciliations
• Revenue recognition for SaaS and usage-based contracts
• Accounting for payroll, equity, and operating expenses
• Cash management, AP, and payment controls
• Accounting policies, documentation, and audit readiness
• External partners (tax, audit, accounting firms)
• Management and Board-level financial reporting

• Proven experience owning a close process, not assisting one
• Deep US GAAP knowledge and SaaS accounting experience
• Comfort operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to build processes that scale, not just follow them
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and accountability

• You will own the numbers, not support someone else who does
• You will work directly with a seasoned CFO on strategy and scaling
• You will help build the finance foundation of a category-defining AI company
