Overview
Assistant Controller – Private Credit (Fund Accounting)
Location: Westchester County |
Onsite: 4 days per week
We’re seeking an Assistant Controller to support the accounting, financial reporting, and operational execution of a growing Private Credit platform within a well-established middle-market private equity firm ($25B AUM). Reporting directly to the Controller, this role offers hands-on ownership across fund accounting, NAV oversight, investment operations, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, institutionally rigorous environment.

- Audit & Tax Coordination
- Liquidity & Treasury
- Regulatory & Compliance
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant fund accounting experience, ideally within private credit, private equity, or Big 4 audit
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Licensure: CPA (active or in progress) strongly preferred
