We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Finance Manager for a Large Public Accounting Firm s end client. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining continuity for the Workday Finance (FINS) modules, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the team through this period of transition.

The ideal candidate is a STAR performer
—someone who can step into a high-visibility role, adapt quickly, and balance both strategic support and operational execution.

• Primary Ownership: Lead coverage for Workday Finance (FINS) modules (not HCM).
• System Support: Collaborate with the existing team to support multiple integrated systems.
• Knowledge Transfer: Participate in KT sessions prior to the resource’s leave to ensure a smooth handover.
• Continuity: Provide consistent oversight and execution during staggered leave coverage.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a reliable partner for business leaders, providing timely updates and solutions.
• Execution & Strategy: Manage both day-to-day operational tasks and broader strategic initiatives within Workday Finance.

• 4+ years exp - Workday Financial Module Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience with Workday Finance (FINS) modules

• Adaptability: Ability to step into a complex environment and quickly ramp up.
• Collaboration: Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful, capable of resolving issues independently.
• Leadership Presence: Comfort in a high-visibility role with executive-level exposure.
• Onsite: Willing to go onsite in New York (Manhattan).
