Sales Tax Admin

Join our client's team as a Sales Tax Admin, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing various tax-related activities within the U.S. Shared Services Center. This position is based at our client's location and involves collaboration with both the offshore tax team and multiple internal departments. Reporting directly to the Manager of Indirect Tax, you'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance with Sales/Use tax, property tax, unclaimed property, and other non-income tax matters for U.S.

-based companies.

What Your Impact Will Be
  • Monitor and maintain the Due Date Listing to ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions.
  • Update state website information, submit electronic returns, and manage corresponding payments.
  • Organize filing backups and state-related communications in designated folders.
  • Process payment vouchers and prepare mailings to state authorities.
  • Assist in gathering information and documentation for non-income tax audits.
  • Support various non-income tax filings, including annual reports, business licenses, and unclaimed property reporting.
  • Research and validate exempt documentation requests from business units and suppliers.
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external customers.
