About the firm

Role OverviewThe Options Trader will be responsible for building, executing, and managing options trading strategies across multiple markets. Working closely with quantitative researchers and developers, the role centers on deploying data-driven models and making disciplined trading decisions in real time. This is a hands-on position within a high-performance trading environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize options trading strategies across global markets
- Analyze market data using quantitative methods to identify and capture trading opportunities
- Monitor and manage risk exposures in line with defined risk limits and controls
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts, engineers, and traders to enhance strategy design and execution
- Track market developments, macro events, and volatility drivers impacting options pricing
- Execute trades efficiently while managing positions to maximize performance and liquidity
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of trading systems and processes
- Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from a top-tier institution
- Strong experience in options trading with a deep understanding of options markets and strategies
- Proven track record of consistent PnL
- Experience applying quantitative analysis to live trading decisions
- Strong knowledge of options pricing, volatility dynamics, and risk management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and highly self-motivated
- Willingness to work an adjusted schedule covering US market hours and occasional weekend coverage
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar
