We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Manager to join our Private Equity Value Creation team in our CxO Advisory practice.

Cohn Reznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Cohn Reznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a Cohn Reznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• As a Manager within Cohn Reznick’s Private Equity Value Creation team, you will lead work streams supporting PE-backed portfolio companies across the office of the CFO. You will oversee project execution across financial operations diligence, post-close finance transformation, interim OCFO support, and performance management, while coaching junior team members and serving as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Contribute to growing the practice by owning and enhancing playbooks, frameworks, and delivery methodologies
• Lead execution of finance function assessments, diagnostics, and post-close transformation initiatives
• Manage financial operations due diligence work streams, coordinating with Financial Due Diligence and deal teams
• Develop and deliver KPI dashboards and performance reporting for PE sponsors and portfolio company leadership
• Lead FP&A initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, reporting cadence design, and board-level materials
• Oversee interim OCFO engagements, including close process management, financial reporting, and cash flow governance
• Support treasury management initiatives such as cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization
• Lead carve-out financial analyses and support preparation of standalone financials
• Play a key role in post-closing M&A integration planning and finance execution
• Partner cross-functionally with Transaction Advisory, Technology, and Data teams to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions
• Serve as a project manager on engagements, managing scope, timelines, and client expectations
