• Lead strategic analysis and execution for key business priorities in the Alternatives and Private Markets Solutions Group.
• Engage with clients and industry stakeholders to develop go‑to‑market strategies and deliver impactful solutions.
• Guide cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, operations) to execute business priorities in an agile manner.
• Convene and lead stakeholder alignment for a shared vision and path forward.
• Act as senior representative in client, partner, and industry engagements, developing new thought leadership.
• Own and deliver partnership‑like efforts with third parties, including integrated point solutions.

• Possesses curiosity to ask hard questions, explore new ideas, and continuously learn and research.
• Strong communicator & influencer, able to convey ideas to various audiences and rally associates to vision.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $179,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
