We are searching on behalf of a $2B public company with extensive operations in Infrastructure, Energy, and Capital Markets. Due to the complex nature of the business, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller from a similarly structured public company who can excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

As the Assistant Controller, you'll oversee global month-end close and reporting, ensuring accurate financials, and driving operational excellence across core accounting functions. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage compliance and controls (including SOX), and collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals. Ideal candidates bring strong technical accounting knowledge, ERP experience (e.g., Oracle Fusion), and a passion for continuous improvement and team development.

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in Public Accounting Audit, ideally from a Big 4 firm.
• CPA certification is required.
• Experience in a supervisory role at a public company.
• Proven ability to establish a strong control environment within a team and function.
• Preferred experience in Infrastructure, Energy, or Capital Markets.
