Blackstone’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft‑skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone’s culture.
Job DescriptionIn this role, the Summer Analyst will be part of Blackstone Real Estate’s Institutional Client Solutions (“ICS”) team and be involved with supporting the global capital‑raising efforts for the Real‑Estate business. Summer Analysts will work on multiple projects supporting all aspects of the marketing and fundraising cycle, utilizing a range of skills. Summer Analysts will spend significant time with professionals across the global Real‑Estate group, including the Acquisitions, Asset Management, Legal & Compliance and Finance teams, and will also work with other business units within the firm.
Responsibilities- Creating and maintaining presentation materials for investors and senior‑level management
- Conducting macro/micro research on the real‑estate investment environment
- Drafting quarterly reporting documents for investors
- Completing due diligence questionnaires and preparing responses to investor queries
- Supporting broader team and contributing to business development initiatives and strategic projects
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to work in a team environment with dynamic roles
- A basic knowledge of accounting and finance
- High level of motivation to find solutions independently, and humility to acknowledge limits and uncertainties

- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student

Expected annual base salary range: $110,000 – $110,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
