We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our Equity Capital Markets team. The role is centered on the origination and execution of public and private equity transactions, including IPOs, direct listings, follow-on offerings, shareholder monetization's, and structured equity solutions.
The position offers early responsibility, direct exposure to senior clients and investors, and the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across a broad range of industries in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Execute public and private equity transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, and structured equity solutions.
- Advise founders, management teams, and boards on equity capital strategy, market conditions, and transaction structuring.
- Develop concise, high-impact pitch materials, offering documentation, and investor-facing analyses.
- Coordinate transaction execution across clients, investors, and external advisors while managing multiple time-sensitive work streams.
- Monitor equity market activity to inform client advice and contribute to recruiting, culture, and junior team development.
- 3+ years of experience in equity capital markets or investment banking at a leading investment bank or independent advisory firm
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline from a top academic institution
- Strong interest in equity capital markets and private capital solutions
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and able to perform under pressure
- Collaborative, accountable, and comfortable operating in a lean team environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and relevant market data platforms
