Biz Tek People is in search for an experienced Financial Analyst (Consultant) in NYC!
Location: New York City (Hybrid – Alternate weeks Thurs–Fri)
Pay Rate: $72-$82 / hour (depending on experience)
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k
Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
Role OverviewThe Finance Analyst (Consultant) will partner with the FP&A team during the rollout of a new reference data tool to support our clients standard business hierarchy set up.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with FP&A, IT, and corporate teams to ensure hierarchy accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain the business hierarchy in Excel and support ERP integrations (One Stream, Workday).
- Reconcile financial data across systems and document critical workflows.
- Provide user training and uphold governance and reporting standards.
- REQUIRED: 5+ years in financial services or investment banking.
- REQUIRED: Experience with ERP/EPM tools (Hyperion, One Stream, Workday).
- Solid understanding of organizational hierarchies and income statement structures.
- Knowledge of GL concepts (profit/cost centers, revenue, expenses).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
