Associate & MD

A specialist International Boutique Investment Bank is looking to hire both an Associate and an MD to focus broadly across Power, Infrastructure (digital or traditional) and Renewables into its team in the US.

This is a firm noted for being 1 of the oldest specialists in Power, Infrastructure and Renewables. This bank is in growth mode thanks to its successes across the recent years and you will operate within a regional group of over 30 bankers from the onset for the Americas.

The team is renowned for providing cutting edge advisory across a range of products while maintaining long-term relations with its existent client base.

• Lead or support the identification, development, and origination of new advisory projects across M&A, Debt & Equity Advisory
• Lead or support the firm’s transaction team to successfully execute and close live projects
• Foster or support the building of new client relationships and the maintenance of long-term existent clients and stakeholders across the industry
• Mentor, train, and manage the juniors within the team

• Investment Banking (M&A and/or Project Finance) experience is essential
• 3-5 years as an Associate
• 11+ years as an MD
• Bachelor’s and/or MBA from a top ranked Institution
• Deep sector expertise in PUI, Mid-Stream, Infrastructure & Renewables is essential
• Established track record in originating and/or closing M&A, Debt & Equity Advisory mandates is needed
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to work independently or as part of a broader team
• Ability to work towards strict internal and external objectives
• Willingness to travel
