Investment Banking Associate - Secondaries

We are working on a highly compelling Associate-level opportunity within a top-tier investment banking platform that is actively expanding its Secondaries advisory franchise in New York.

This role offers
direct exposure to GP-led secondaries, continuation vehicles, and structured liquidity solutions
, working closely with senior bankers on complex, market-leading transactions.

The team advises leading private equity sponsors and asset managers across some of the most active segments of private capital.

This is a hands-on seat with meaningful responsibility, strong deal flow, and the opportunity to further specialize in one of the fastest-growing areas of investment banking
.

• Execute GP-led secondary and continuation vehicle transactions from inception through closing
• Support transaction structuring, valuation analysis, and marketing materials
• Coordinate due diligence processes and interact directly with sponsors, investors, and counter parties
• Work closely with senior bankers on client coverage and transaction execution
• Contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s secondaries advisory platform

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, secondaries advisory, or secondaries investing
• Prior exposure to private capital, alternatives, or sponsor-related transactions preferred
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and execution skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, high-responsibility environment
