A career within Financial Markets Business Advisory services will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to a variety of audit, regulatory, valuation, and financial analysis services to design solutions that address our clients’ complex accounting and financial reporting challenges, as well as their broader business issues.

As part of the Financial Markets - ASR - Transactions Manager team you will assist clients with their understanding of complex financial structures prior to the issuance of securitizations and verify that disclosures align with the underwriter's intent. You will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff, ensuring project success and maintaining high standards, while inspiring and motivating others.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5 years of experience.
• One or more of the following credentials or certifications is required: CPA License, Level 3 CFA, JD, PhD, MBA, Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance, Hospitality, licensed State Appraiser, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA), or certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMP.

• Background in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Real Estate, Engineering, or Business.
• Broad abilities and proven record of success in financial issues, capital markets, and product life cycle.
• Experience managing a team to deliver timely and quality work product.
• Experience assisting clients with understanding complex financial structures.
• Performing valuation analysis of financial instruments and structured products.
• Assessing validity of valuations and financial models prepared by others.
• Creating independent financial models to project collateral and bond cash flows.
• Utilizing industry software such as INTEX, CAS, Bloomberg, ASAP, or advanced Excel modeling.
• Effective communication within a professional services business environment.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range is $99,000 - $297,000. Compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location. All hires are eligible for discretionary bonuses and benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
