This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Mortgage Originator. The role involves originating and structuring commercial mortgage deals, collaborating with clients and financial institutions, and evaluating financial documentation for underwriting purposes. The responsibilities also include identifying client needs, building and managing client relationships, and developing tailored solutions to meet their goals. The candidate will work closely with the underwriting and loans teams to provide excellent customer service and achieve client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Underwriting and analyzing commercial real estate transactions
• Experience with Mortgages, Mortgage Lending, and related financial products
• Knowledge and understanding of Loans and related deal structures
• Strong Customer Service skills with a client-first approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in commercial real estate financing is an asset
