Investment Banking Associate - Industrials

Our client is an Elite Boutique who is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate to join their Industrials Investment Banking team. This opportunity offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with senior bankers and clients across a broad range of industrial sectors.

• Lead and support the execution of complex M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, and other strategic advisory mandates across the industrials sector.
• Drive financial modeling, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments with minimal supervision.
• Oversee the preparation of client deliverables including pitch books, management presentations, and board materials.
• Manage due diligence processes, coordinate with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors, and ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments impacting the industrials space.

• 3-5 years of full-time investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to industrials or adjacent sectors.
• Proven track record of contributing to or leading live transactions, specifically M&A transactions.
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier institution with a focus in finance, economics, or related disciplines.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple work streams under tight deadlines.
