** Summary
* * The Director of Treasury will lead and oversee all treasury operations, including cash management, investment strategy, debt management, and financial risk mitigation. This strategic leadership role requires a forward-thinking financial expert who can implement treasury strategies aligned with organizational objectives while managing multiple departments within the treasury function.
** Responsibilities
* ** Implement treasury strategies through outlined objectives while executing company policies that affect operational activities
* Oversee daily cash management operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting
* Manage banking relationships and negotiate banking services and fees
* Direct investment activities to maximize returns while maintaining appropriate liquidity and risk levels
* Lead debt management, including structuring, negotiating, and administering debt instruments
* Develop and implement financial risk management strategies to mitigate exposure to interest rate, foreign exchange, and other financial risks
* Monitor compliance with debt covenants and other financial obligations
* Provide financial analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to support next-level management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain primary relationships across functional areas
* Lead and direct multiple treasury departments through managers
* Responsible for revenue management of $10M or expense management with budget control processes
* Act as operational authority in treasury decisions, with monetary authorization to approve expenditures within guidelines
* Manage departments within the treasury function with cross-departmental dependencies
** Minimum Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
* Minimum of 8 years management experience with progressive increase of responsibility
* 12+ years overall experience within treasury or finance functional area
* Experience managing multiple departments with cross-departmental dependencies
* Proven track record in financial management with budget responsibilities
* Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and risk management techniques
* Experience with treasury management systems and financial software
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to maintain primary relationships across functional areas and business units
* CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification preferred

** Pay Transparency Notice for New York & New Jersey Applicants:
** The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
