In this role, you will support the origination and execution of equity capital market transactions, with a focus on Investment Grade clients across the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors. This position offers the opportunity to apply corporate finance and analytical skills, with an understanding of global markets, to help clients raise capital effectively.
As an Analyst, you will be part of a client-facing team where clear communication is essential. The group focuses on originating new transactions and helping companies optimize their capital structures. You will work closely with Investment Banking Coverage and teams across Global Finance to deliver financing and risk-management solutions.
