Accounting Manager @ Data Services Firm

Our client is a High-Growth Firm seeking someone for an Accounting Manager reporting to Controller. Their team is very hands-on as this will be a blended Accounting & FP&A role.

This professional will be help drive Accounting/ Financials throughout the whole business working with all business lines including with assist with FP&A Budgeting and Forecasting. This professional will be a business partner to all of the divisions throughout the company and will work closely with CFO and Executive Management Team along with Sales and Legal.

• Manage Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, P&L for Month/Quarter/Year-End accounting close and financial reports
• Responsible for Revenue, Margins and Cost tracking metrics discussed with stakeholders across the business
• Prepare forecasts, budgeting monitor and track cash flow reports while identifying and evaluating variances.
• Review customer invoicing processes and contractual agreements to reconcile revenue.
• Perform key elements of the financial cycle and supporting subsidiary processes.
• Manage detailed variance and fluctuation analyses.
• Assist FP&A with accounting interpretations for budgeted transactions
• Assists in the annual audit.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is a must, CPA preferred.
• 6+ years accounting experience out of Public Accounting or Private Accounting team is a plus
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP is needed
• In depth experience working with general ledger and financial analysis, including journal entries and doing detailed account analyses.
