This role is for a trader whose edge comes from judgement rather than automation. The position requires independent idea generation, direct risk ownership, and accountability for results. The trader will be responsible for running positions end to end, from entry through exit, with performance clearly attributable to their decisions.
MarketsThe role is best suited to traders with experience in digital assets or foreign exchange. Experience in equities or listed commodities can also be relevant if the trading approach is directional and spot based.
This position is intended for traders who express views directionally through spot exposure.
