Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as the lead advisor for a sophisticated client base, guiding them through complex financial landscapes, risk tolerance assessments, and long-term planning.
  • Portfolio Strategy: Develop and implement bespoke investment strategies leveraging firm-wide research, ensuring alignment with individual client time horizons and objectives.
  • Internal

    Collaboration:

    Act as a bridge between your clients and our internal research, trading, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and portfolio integrity.
  • Client Retention & Growth: Manage and expand your existing book of business while proactively identifying new opportunities through your professional network.
  • High-Touch Communication: Deliver clear, consultative updates on performance, market shifts, and tactical strategy adjustments.
  • Mentorship: Contribute to the firm's culture of excellence by supporting the development of junior advisory professionals and participating in firm-wide strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years in wealth advisory, private banking, or client-facing portfolio management.
  • Book of Business: A proven track record of managing and successfully transitioning a book of business (AUM expectations are negotiable based on candidate profile).
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of asset allocation, risk management, liquidity planning, and the broader macroeconomic environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the "soft skills" required to build deep, lasting trust with sophisticated principals.
  • Credentials: CFA, MBA, or CFP® designations are highly preferred.
  • Licensing: FINRA Series 65, Series 7, or equivalent licensing is a plus.
