Role focus

Job Description: The CRM, Fintech, and AI Team is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Analyst. This role supports strategic initiatives across advisor and client experience, fintech integration, and platform development. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a passion for emerging technologies (including Artificial Intelligence), and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Conducts research and analysis on emerging technologies, competitor trends, and platform capabilities.
  • Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives across advisor tools and digital infrastructure.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with product, technology, and field teams to drive innovation and adoption.
  • Prepares executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials.
  • Assists in managing vendor relationships and evaluating fintech partnerships.
  • Monitors KPIs and provide insights to improve advisor and client experience.
Required Qualifications
  • 1–4 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience supporting wealth management platforms or advisor tools.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and innovation frameworks.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
