Role Overview

This is a senior finance leadership role overseeing financial reporting, consolidation, and controls across a multi-entity, regulated financial services platform
, including registered broker-dealers, futures activity, crypto products, and affiliated operating entities
.

You will own the integrity of the firm’s financial reporting, lead Accounting and FP&A teams, manage audits and regulatory-facing finance activity, and act as a key partner to leadership on financial controls, systems, and scalability. The role blends technical accounting rigor with strategic financial oversight
, offering visibility across the business and direct impact on how the finance function evolves as complexity grows.

• Lead and continuously enhance financial reporting across multiple entities, including broker-dealers, futures businesses, and crypto-related products
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and audit-ready financial statements
• Manage the parent-level consolidation process

• Oversee broker-dealer regulatory reporting and related financial disclosures
• Lead financial and regulatory audits, acting as the primary finance partner to external auditors, regulators, and state authorities
• Manage regulatory correspondence and ensure adherence to applicable financial rules and controls
• Design, maintain, and enhance finance policies, procedures, and internal controls in a regulated environment
• Contribute to finance system implementations and enhancements, improving reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and reporting risks—and convert them into sustainable improvements

• Lead, mentor, and develop Accounting and FP&A teams

• Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Business leaders
• Act as a key finance liaison between local teams and headquarters

• Support strategic planning and financial decision-making
• Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives and special projects
• Drive continuous improvement across the finance organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• CPA preferred
• 8+ years of accounting experience within brokerage firms, futures, and/or crypto-focused financial services
• Proven experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and broker-dealer regulatory reporting
• Strong understanding of integrated financial systems and accounting/reporting platforms
• In-depth knowledge of asset classes including equities, futures, and digital assets
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences

Base salary range: $120,000 – $180,000
, depending on experience, location, and business needs.

This role is also eligible for a discretionary performance bonus
