Overview
Winston’s Renewable Energy Project Finance group is seeking junior associates to join its market-leading practice. The role provides the opportunity to work on renewable energy projects involving wind, solar, and storage, including complex transactions involving construction financing, term loan finance, and back-leverage finances. General corporate experience is sufficient to qualify.
Responsibilities- Draft exhibits and financial/corporate documents.
- Work with project documents and related diligence related to the construction and operation of renewable energy projects.
- Exposure to the Renewable Energy Project Finance group’s lender representation across solar, wind, and battery storage financings.
- General corporate experience.
- Admitted to the New York Bar.
