Investor Relations; Private Equity​/Infrastructure

Our client is a prominent, well-respected NYC based Private Equity Fund, with a 30 year track record of responsible investing for a sustainable future, currently seeking to add a highly talented Investor Relations Associate to their growing Infrastructure and Private Markets Team.

This individual will be responsible for driving product marketing plans, running end to end investor business strategy and updating firms marketing agenda with regards to new client development. Ideal individual should be well versed with fund marketing, client development, product messaging and alternative investments.

Investment Banking/Capital Markets experience strongly encouraged

• Assist with North American client sales & marketing, efforts, investor servicing and client relations and for firm
• Prepare client presentations, press releases, and other materials for investor meetings, conferences, and earnings calls.
• Prepare board-level presentations and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• This role will be responsible for enhancing the firm’s efforts around capital raising and investor experience
• Research and provide market color with respect to potential investment opportunities
• Create marketing materials & pitch books with regards to firms investment opportunities
• Collaborate with teams across all regions to develop meaningful marketing material such as, sales pitchbooks, strategy books, client reviews, conference presentations and educational materials for both internally and externally use.
• Work with all levels of team members across the organization to help ensure the integrity and consistency of portfolio data reported across all marketing channels
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the strategic vision by gathering and analyzing field feedback and collaborating with partners across the organization
• Provide various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2+ years of directly Private Equity/Investor Relations/or similar experience within Capital Markets/Financial Services/Private Equity Alternative Asset Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Salesforce and Excel
• Technical knowledge, data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce), and presenting using Power Point
• Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dead-line driven dynamic environment
