Senior FP&A Manager

Overview

We are working with the Executive team of a global healthcare product distributor based in the New York City Area. They are looking for a dynamic Senior FP&A Manager to join their team. • Lead the reporting of monthly close and forecasting submissions, budgeting and analytics
• Analyze profitability, sales growth, headcount and expenses, investigate unusual items and prepare performance reports/ provide recommendations to management
• Responsible for bottoms up weekly, monthly and annual revenue, gross profit, operating expense and KPI reporting and forecasting
• Collaborate with management to align financial plans with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Manage the annual budget submission process

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong FP&A background with heavy revenue forecasting focus
• Experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Business Leadership
• Proven ability to build and scale forecasting and planning processes from scratch
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device industries

$140,000 - $175,000 + Bonus
