Compensation:
$200–$500/hour or transaction-based earnings, depending on scope, deal size, and advisory engagement

Initio Sphere is a private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We connect fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts through live deal flow, institutional frameworks, and curated professional relationships across private markets.

Deal Review Advisors represent a senior, trust-based tier of the Initio Sphere ecosystem. They provide independent, high-level deal assessment and investment judgment to sponsors and investors—enhancing decision quality while maintaining speed, discipline, and credibility.

Initio Sphere is onboarding experienced professionals to serve as Deal Review Advisors, providing independent review and strategic feedback on active investment opportunities.

This is not a traditional employment role. Deal Review Advisors operate as independent contractors and are activated through a selective verification and approval process.

Once approved, Deal Review Advisors:

Provide objective, investment committee–level review of live deals

Evaluate deal structure, risk, return profile, and assumptions

Support sponsors and investors with informed go / no-go guidance

Mentor analysts and deal teams by elevating review standards

Access curated deal flow, advisory engagements, and platform exposure

Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for senior professionals trusted to deliver clear judgment, disciplined feedback, and real-world perspective.

Approved Deal Review Advisors may be engaged to:

Review investment memoranda, models, and diligence outputs

Assess deal structure, capital stack, and return mechanics

Identify key risks, gaps, and downside scenarios

Pressure-test assumptions and underwriting logic

Advise on transaction strategy, timing, and positioning

Support negotiation and structuring decisions

Evaluate alignment between sponsors, investors, and capital partners

Provide guidance to analysts on underwriting and diligence quality

Elevate institutional standards across live transactions

Serve as a second set of eyes before capital commitment

Deal Review Advisors focus on review, judgment, and oversight. They do not originate deals, raise capital, or perform day-to-day modeling unless explicitly approved.

Approval is granted by strategy and asset class based on experience and track record, including:

Private equity and growth equity transactions

Private credit and structured finance

Special situations and opportunistic deals

Fund-level and portfolio-level reviews

Deal Review Advisors operate as independent contractors

Hourly compensation ranges from $200–$500, based on experience and engagement scope

Transaction-based incentives may apply for advisory on closed deals

Payments are issued upon completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

No cap on earning potential for high-impact, repeat advisory work

Complete verification and strategy-specific approval

Gain visibility and promotion within the Initio Sphere platform

Begin reviewing live deals for funds, sponsors, and investors

This process ensures selectivity, trust, and direct access to meaningful opportunities.

Provide investment advice to the public

Solicit securities

Market investments outside approved channels

Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work is limited to deal review, strategic feedback, and mentorship and must comply with applicable securities laws.

Former IB, PE, VC, private credit, or senior fund professionals

Experienced investors or operators with deep transaction exposure

Senior advisors trusted for judgment, risk assessment, and decision support

Direct access to real, active investment opportunities

Monetize senior-level judgment without traditional employment constraints

Build reputation and credibility as a trusted deal reviewer

Influence investment decisions and outcomes
