Role OverviewThe Director of Capital Markets will help shape and execute the company’s long-term capital markets strategy as it evolves its financing platform and prepares for greater engagement with public investors. This role is responsible for optimizing the company’s capital structure, maintaining strong banking and market relationships, and ensuring the organization is positioned for efficient access to capital over time. Reporting to the SVP, Head of Capital Markets, this individual will work across finance, investor relations, corporate development, and treasury teams to align capital strategy with growth objectives and financial performance.

- Capital Strategy & Optimization:
Support the design and execution of a comprehensive capital markets strategy that balances funding flexibility, liquidity, and shareholder value creation. - Public-Market Readiness:
Contribute to the company’s evolution toward public-company standards by helping to develop scalable processes, analytics, and governance structures appropriate for a listed environment. - Market Engagement:
Manage relationships with investment banks, lenders, and other market participants to maintain visibility, insight, and access to financing opportunities. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with FP&A, Treasury, and Corporate Development to ensure capital and funding decisions align with strategic and operational priorities. - Market Intelligence:
Track macroeconomic developments, investor sentiment, and peer performance to support strategic planning and inform financing decisions. - Governance & Compliance:
Support adherence to securities regulations and reporting standards across markets and jurisdictions. - Strategic Partnership:
Advise the SVP, Head of Capital Markets and broader finance leadership on opportunities to strengthen market positioning and capital efficiency.
- 10+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to public markets or IPO preparation.
- Deep understanding of equity and debt markets, capital structure design, and financial strategy.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success managing complex financial initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Salary Range: $200 USD - $250 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
