What You’ll Do
- Work directly with clients to evaluate financial circumstances and goals
- Prepare and review individual, partnership, trust, estate, and gift tax returns
- Design and implement tailored tax strategies to minimize liabilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Research complex tax issues and provide practical solutions
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering professional growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tax compliance and planning experience, ideally in private client, wealth management, or public accounting
- Strong knowledge of individual, partnership, trust, estate, and gift taxation
- Proficiency with tax preparation and research software
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Work closely with HNW clients and develop advanced technical expertise
- Collaborative and supportive team environment
