Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding qualified finance professionals to join the platform as Certified Private Investment Analysts
.

This is not a traditional employment role
. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a certification and verification process.

Once approved, Private Investment Analysts:

Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

Gain access to real deal flow and paid investment analysis work

Support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions

Contribute to underwriting, diligence, and investment decision support

Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers: Senior Private Investment Analyst
· Lead Private Investment Analyst
· Private Investment Analyst / Associate

Senior Private Investment Analyst

Rating Score: 90–100

Pay: $150–$200/hour

Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, real estate, private credit, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of transaction experience

Lead Private Investment Analyst

Rating Score: 80–89

Pay: $100–$150/hour

Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of underwriting, modeling, or deal execution experience

Private Investment Analyst / Associate

Rating Score: 60–79

Pay: $50–$100/hour

Typical Background: Entry- to mid-level analysts with strong technical and analytical performance

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Private Investment Analysts may be engaged for:

Investment Analysis, Modeling & Valuation

DCF, LBO, and return modeling

Commercial real estate underwriting (where applicable)

Sensitivity, downside, and scenario analysis

Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis

Football field and valuation summary materials

Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis

Financial, commercial, and operational diligence

Risk identification and downside analysis

Investment memo and investment committee support

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

How Analysts Start Earning

Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training

Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform

Begin earning immediately through hourly engagements and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

Completion of Initio Sphere Financial Training

Active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score
, which determines:

Visibility and promotion within the platform

Approved work categories

Recommended hourly compensation

Compensation & Deal Terms

Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees

Hourly rates are determined by Rating Score and approval level

Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
