Pos req JD, Bachelor of Laws or foreign equiv + 1 yr exp in offered pos or related occuptn.
1 yr exp must incl:
Leveraged-finance transactns, incl term debt financgs, revolvng loan financgs & secured notes issuance, spanning senior, mezzanine & subordinated debt;
Debtor-in-possess financgs, exit financgs & liability mangmnt exercises;
Draft financing docs, incl term sheets, credit agreemnts, security docs, secured notes indentures & intercreditor agreemnts;
Prepare corp docs, incl preferred equity issuance docs, LLC agreemnts, resolutions & officer certificates;
Conduct due diligence reviews for secured & unsecured loan docs, customer contracts, asset purchase agreemnts & corp organiztnal docs. xrlwcon
NY bar admission req.
Salary Range: $260,000/yr.
